Available on Professional and Commercial, billed on the same schedule as your plan.
Raises how many manuals you can keep published at once, one manual at a time.
Adds one more person to your workspace, on top of the collaborators your plan already includes.
Not purchasable yet. Shown at the price it will launch at.
Any manual with at least one publicly visible version. Unpublishing takes the whole manual offline in one click and frees its slot straight away; republishing puts back exactly the versions that were live, so anything you had hidden yourself stays hidden. Nothing is deleted either way.
On Professional and Commercial, no: keep as many works in progress as you like alongside your published manuals. On Hobbyist a draft uses one of your two slots, so two manuals is the most you can hold at once, published or not. To start a third you would need to delete one, or upgrade.
Yes. Plan, billing period, add-on and cancellation changes are all made under Plan & billing in your account, which shows you what a change costs before you confirm it. Changing tier or add-ons takes effect straight away, and Stripe works out the difference for time you have already paid for: an upgrade is settled on your next invoice rather than charged on the spot, and a downgrade leaves a credit against future invoices. Switching between monthly and annual is the exception, because it starts a new billing period the day you switch and is charged there and then.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again, and you can undo a scheduled cancellation any time before it takes effect. Your account then returns to Hobbyist: nothing is deleted, but manuals published beyond what Hobbyist covers stop being publicly accessible, the most recently published first, so links already out in the world are the last to break. The cancellation screen tells you how many that would be before you confirm.
Not yet. Seats are listed here at the price they will launch at so you can plan around them, but they cannot be bought and nothing charges for them today. When they ship, every collaborator will need at least a Professional plan of their own, and the seat you buy adds them to your workspace on top of that.
Nothing is ever deleted. If you have more manuals published than your new plan covers, the most recently published ones stop being publicly accessible until you are back within the limit, so your oldest public manuals keep working. A manual that is itself bigger than the new plan allows, on pages or on sections, goes offline the same way and comes back as soon as it fits or you upgrade. Every page you wrote is still there to edit.
Your logo, colors and loading animation stay saved, but your embeds fall back to what your new plan covers, straight away and without you having to republish. An embed that drops from Commercial to Professional gets the Daedum badge and loading animation back and keeps your logo and brand colors; one that drops to Hobbyist returns to Daedum’s default colors with no logo. Resubscribing puts every one of them back as you had it.
Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address. EU businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge where it applies.
